Xbox one crashed after update in preview program

my Xbox is stuck in a update loop!

I'm in preview program so would guess its the new dash board update, I don't have access to the preview forum and don't seem to be able to get the required permission any help would be great as my Xbox is currently a brick

Preview Program

i was enrolled into the preview program. My console recently crashed and customer support had me reset to factory settings. Now my console wont update becauspossibly an issue with my recent preview program and vanilla program. Help?

 

Xbox One Crash (preview member)

Earlier tonight my xbox crashed and i have talked to several people from support took all the steps they told me do and nothing has changed. I am a member of the preview program and was hoping to talk to someone from there support as i was told by tech support
a new update for preview members recently came out and that my xbox crashed because it was not able to take the update. Was just wondering what can be done to resolve this issue since in fact it was a issue with a preview program update? thank you for your

Please post these preview program issues, into the preview program forum that way you'll get the support agents who are working on the preview program support, who'll be able to help you further
