Xbox one crash to dashboard

Hello,

During gameplay of Call of Duty,

my Xbox one just suddenly goes back to the dashboard.

my friends during the game are seeing '' timed out

i played yesterday for 3hours and it happend at least 5 times

i did a hard reset, all updates are good, manufacture date is 2014

dont know if it happens with other games, i only play CoD

Cod aw crash

Has anyone else had a problem where u go into cod aw and it crashes and restarts the xbox one and returns to dashboard

 

Xbox continuously crashes to dashboard HELP

Yeah I'm having a similar problem after one game of assssins creed online my xbox just crashes to the dashboard I have rebooted my xbox one multiple times now. Cheers Microsoft

To be sure the game is not the issue let's have you test another game for at least an hour or two.

Also, be sure to send us your NAT type and detailed network stats so we can begin looking for things that might cause the time out.

Time out usually indicates a network drop of some kind and may cause the game to crash. To figure out if the drop is happening on the COD servers or on your network we will need to gather the aforementioned info.
