Xbox One Crash (preview member)

Earlier tonight my xbox crashed and i have talked to several people from support took all the steps they told me do and nothing has changed. I am a member of the preview program and was hoping to talk to someone from there support as i was told by tech support
a new update for preview members recently came out and that my xbox crashed because it was not able to take the update. Was just wondering what can be done to resolve this issue since in fact it was a issue with a preview program update? thank you for your
time

Since you are in the preview program i would Pin it to my home uninstall it go to the pin at the home and select it it'll send you to the store and you can re-install it there,

problem is my xbox wont load up at all now so i cant do anything its not the app thats the issue its the update that was pushed for members on the program but thanks for your answer

The Xbox One Preview Forum it's only accesible for the Preview Members.

Some of your friends wich are already Preview Members can send you an invitation to access the program.

I noticed this happening on my system a couple days ago also. I am a preview member and also joined the new xbox one experience (the big dashboard update that comes out next month). When I launch youtube one my system the box crashes and I have to turn it
back on. I was curious on if it was the app or just my system so I logged in on my brothers system who does is not in the preview program at all and it loaded just fine. In another thread an official support member mister beep said that it is related to the
preview program and the windows 10 dashboard and that they are aware of the problem and working on a fix.

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.
