Xbox One cracked GTA V and can't get ahold of any support

If you purchased the game from Xbox, you may be able to contact Xbox Support for assistance by following this link:

However, if you purchased the disc from a different retailer, you may need to go back to that retailer for a refund or replacement if they will allow this.

I can't trust PSN, too much bad press, even GTA V preload got cracked, sony's coding... questionable.

it sounds like the cords. a game update shouldn't cause any problems with the xbox os. see if you can get ahold of someone a/v cords to try out
