Xbox one cosmetics.

I really dig how the Xbox one looks.. it is kinda clunky looking but very sturdy..

I'm just a little puzzled on how easily the ultra glossy black plastic panels scratch, the top and front faces..

It would have been really nice if the front face was made with some sort of gorilla glass.. which would have been *** nice!

Anyone here have really minor but small hairline scratches on the console? After using a regular microfiber cloth it scratched it up pretty lightly.. now I use a glass polishing microfiber cloth.. which seems to be okay!

Sharing Overwatch Skin

Hi.

First of all, forgive my English.

I've been a Overwatch player for over a year on Xbox One. I wanted to change support and switch to Windows PC. Unfortunately, I thought I could get my account back, or at least the cosmetics because I invested a little in the Lootbox.

And then I find out that I can't get my cosmetics back. When I ask on the OW forum, I am told that each platform manages its backups. I know it is in your line of conduct to connect the Xbox one to the PC.

Could you see to share the PC and Xbox backups of OW?

Funny you should post this. I did the exact same thing the other day. Thought I'd be OK with a Microfiber cloth. I thought wrong.

Conspiritist, I know im not the only one! It is minor and does n ot effect the console at all, and honestly its really hard to tell. Maybe im just being a little OCDish since this is my first major console purchase since the xbox360 back in '06!

Use a Microfiber "glass polishing" cloth for the glossy panels! But still never use firm pressure, Even better use a air duster.. i think thatll be excellent!

They don't typically replace things for cosmetic issues

It would have to be a serious fault

Cosmetic isn't a fault for warranty

And you are going thru the wrong proccess

It's not a warranty issue because it's a cosmetic issue

If you want a refund you must go thru the ms store policy not xbox support

If they deny you you have to reply to the email but again as mentioned you are at the mercy of the policy

Cosmetic isn't a valid claim because for all they know you could've done it

I really dont like them. I will buy deluxe versions for extra cosmetics and maybe even squad boosts. But that's it. I get really dont touch pay to win games and ones that have loot boxes that aren't cosmetics only.
