Xbox One Cortana Regulations that would bring it back

What would Cortana bring to the Xbox One, I can use it using voice already and I really dont want it answering me back. if they junked avatars all together I wouldn't bat an eyelid.

I hope they bring Cortana across to the Xbox One

Now we get alexa yippie . I was bummed the took off cortana. Hopefully they will bring her back. I had a windows phone with cortana and smartglass.

If you try enabling
Cortana voice commands, are you able to bring up the Settings menu using "Hey Cortana, go to Settings"?

If you go into the settings section and disable Cortana the console will switch back to the legacy Xbox voice commands.

If, for whatever reason, Cortana isn’t what you want, you have the option to go back to the original voice control model using the "Xbox" command. When you switch, here’s what you’ll lose:

Headset voice control

Expanded commands and voice recognition

You can bring back Cortana at any time.

To revert to the original voice control model:

Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > All settings.

Select System > Cortana settings.

In the snapped window on the right, highlight the On switch, and press the A button to turn it to Off."
