XBOX one Controllers will not connect Wireless

Discus and support XBOX one Controllers will not connect Wireless in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had two controllers working fine for quite awhile. No issues until the other night.     XBOX one Controllers will not connect Wireless


    I've had two controllers working fine for quite awhile. No issues until the other night. One of the controllers would not turn on/power button light up.

    I changed the batteries and still nothing. Checked on line and did every suggestion and still nothing. Bought a brand new controller and it would not turn on either. Then the one controller that was working stopped. All three controllers work when plugged
    into the port on the side. Ideas?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. That is a great question. The console allows up to eight wireless controllers to connect to the console. The article entitled, "Connect
    a wireless Xbox One controller to your console    " contains information about the Xbox One controllers. The article states, "You can connect up to eight wireless controllers to a console." We hope this helps!

    "am I being stupid".... No, everyone has trouble from time to time. But, let me suggest following up with a couple of things, "Connect a wireless
    Xbox One controller to your console    " and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
    issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.
