If the same happens with 3 different controls, does it belong to any Insider ring?

If you don't belong to Insider, have you tried any procedures in the controls like updating firmware and in the console reset the console while keeping games and App?

Brand new xbox -4 days old. The wireless controller all of a sudden started to skip menu options. It skips at least two options using the arrow keypad and joystick. Is there anyway to fix this? Will this be an ongoing problem? I’m unable to go to
settings or the home menu at all.

Hello Fabio, is your controller an Original Xbox Controller? Do you try to update it?

does it skip through on every movement your try with the controller?
