Xbox One Controller's Right Bumper Has Stopped Working

So I bought a new game today, booted it up and while I was playing I noticed anything I tried to do with the right bumper would not work. Left one is working fine. Right bumper doesnt feel loose or anything. Anyone else ever have the same problem and is
my controller pretty much broke? Thanks.

The bumper buttons

My TitanFall controllers lights just went out.

Which is what happened to my last remote just before it closed its eyes and went night night.

My right bumper has stopped working ever since I stopped playing bf4 again. I think I was just pressing the spotter button too much.

Left bumper popped off controller

My xbox one controller's left bumper popped off the controller and I was just wondering if there is anyway I could possibly fix this? This is the second controller that I've owned that has happend to it.

Does this happen with any other game or just the one you bought. If your controller is not working you can set up a repair/replacement at the repair page.

I have the same issue. I think it is the new design with cheep plastic pieces. The right bumper is used often in Battlefield (the reason I bought the Xbox One) and in a little over 3 moths it broke. It does not work at all. I just spent 3 days chatting with
support who originally told me that they would cover the shipping but changed their minds saying i received "misinformation". My major issue is that it is the design and the controllers will keep breaking and i will have to keep paying for shipping in order
to have a working product. It is very disappointing to me and makes me said. All I can say is I am glad I saved my conversations and I hope that Microsoft will own up to this flaw and make it right. I am very dissatisfied as I want to keep playing my favorite
game with out worrying that my controller will brake every 3 moths and cost me more of my hard earned $$.

Well, I don't know if I should return them to get new ones. I think it is kinda drastic to have two controllers with the same problem.

On the one I primarily plays with, I left bumper works fine. Has a high click sound, and is very sensitive. the other one, allmost doesnt say click, and I have to push it pretty hard or else it reacts like I just stops pushing the button.

But my second controller I bought seperately (from the same place) have the exact same problem just with the right bumper. The left bumper for that controller is perfectly fine.

The have the EXACT same problem, just with the different bumper.

Controllers are considered end user items, they are not repaired by Microsoft, even if it was under warranty they would just send you a replacement. Five years is a pretty good life span for a controller. There are a lot of options for controllers out
there now.
