Xbox One Controllers (Player 2 Error)

Hi everyone!

I'm so desesperate with this.... I have Windows 10 and two Xbox One Controllers (One normal and one Elite) paired with the official wireless adapter.

Everything seems fine in Windows if I use the "Xbox Accesories" app from Windows Store, as it recognizes both controllers and I can even move the menu with both controllers.

But when I go inside a game (I tried with Rocket League or Street Fighter V), the player 2 can't move anything from the menu or do anything...

I've noticed that in Street Fighter V, when you go into Duel VS mode, as I said you can't move anything from the menu with the 2nd controller, but if you disconnect the controller while in the Duel VS mode, the game says "Player 2 not connected."

That means at the first time, you can't move anything from the menu but the game recognizes the 2nd controller at all...

This is ♥♥♥♥ing annoying... I've tried in other PC with Windows 10 and no problem, I've tried in my old PC with Windows 7 and no problem... I've tried unpluging all my BT adapters, devices, HDDs and nothing... Maybe is an ID conflict in between the controllers?
But only when inside the games?? Because in the W10 app they work together...

Please some help from anyone? T___T

home keys won't work

I have 2 controllers and an xbox one tv remote and none of the home keys work gives me error code 0x87e20c08 but xbox error code say it doesn't exist?

 

minecraft 2 player OFFLINE

Christmas present, Xbox 360. How do we setup 2 player OFFLINE for Minecraft with 2 controllers-one wired and one wireless

Nvidia Asus GTX 980Ti Matrix Platinum

Asus Maximus Hero VIII motherboard

Freeman, I'm going to make an educated guess here, and since it is a guess, I'll explain my reasoning for you.

On an Xbox One, when you're doing something like Vs mode and using two controllers for one game, you sometimes have issues like you describe. If you do have those issues, the solution is making sure that each controller is assigned to a particular profile
by the system. I can tell you where you'd go to do that on an Xbox, but that's irrelevant, since you're not on an Xbox.

My guess here is that the W10 app is properly assigning each controller to a seperate profile, however, something about the games is not accepting the way the W10 app is assigning them. From experience with various games and controllers over the years,
though not with the games you mentioned on W10, I know there is often a way to assign controllers to players within the game itself, even if it's simply waiting until it says to connect the 2nd person's controller.

Have you looked for a way to assign them inside of the games? Forgive me if you have, it's kind of a rough guess.

I didn't figured how to assign the controllers inside the games, well just the 2nd player, the first one is fine connected...

The days are passing by and I still have the problems... A very nice new PC with VS games and I can't play with friends ***...
