    I find this utterly ridiculous. After only three uses two Xbox one controllers are not working because they drift. I have seen many posts on the forums detailing the exact same thing.

    I did the power down and reset three times with no fix each time. Maybe it is time to recall the controllers. I also read that I would have to pay for shipping to send them back in hopes they might be fixed. (A couple posts on that matter seemed to state
    that isn't a guarantee either).

    So what is Microsoft is going to do about this?

    Not quite understanding what you mean by centerpoint. Is the controller drifting up? For steps on drifting controllers, check out our

    Xbox One Controller Troubleshooter    . Unfortunately for drifting issues, the controller would need to be repaired or replaced depending on your warranty status.

    New controller will last 7-10 years

    I gone through 3 controllers due to the drifting. I hate playing call of duty cause I constantly mash the left thumbstick. down

    controller drift

    console connected to surge protector (Isobar), but did try just to wall outlet. Seagate game dive 8TB was attached, detaching made no difference. Did soft reset, controller hard wired. St.ill have drift on Xbox one x but not on day one Xbox one. Used two
    new controllers, one Elite and 3 used, all drift on left stick on Xbox one X.

    Unfortunatley ‘Stick drift’ is common in all xbox one controllers after some time and is inevitble.

    they have turned into apple, they sell inferior cheap tack at a premium price.

    I have seen loads and loads of posts about stick drift on a lot of new controllers, not just elite.

    Best thing is i have three xbox one s controllers, all with drift on the left thumbstick, seems to be an issue when you click it in repeatedly for running in games it then gets drift very quickly. (mainly drifting up)

    I bought a power A controller with two rear buttons and low and behold no drift even after three months of use.

    Xbox One S Controller problems even brand new.

    Maybe you’re just incredibly rough with your controllers. My controllers last around 2-3 years before stick drift and I even have an OG One controller with no drift... if they falter within the 3 month warranty then I suggest claiming your warranty.
