Xbox One Controllers Disconnecting, Profiles Being Signed Out Of, Internet Connection Being ...

I've had my Xbox One for about a year and half, but I really haven't used it too much since then. The times I did use it it worked fine until about May of this year, when some odd issues started occurring. My controller randomly disconnects and has trouble
syncing back up very frequently. It also signs me out of profiles and the console seems to lose a connection to the Internet. I've tried using several Xbox One wireless controllers and they all lose connection, so I know that it isn't the controller. I've
plugged a wired controller in and although the controller doesn't lose connection, I still get kicked out of profiles and it randomly says "Connect To Xbox Live" as though I've lost Internet. I've tried hooking directly up with an ethernet cable instead of
using my wireless like I normally do, but that still causes the disconnections. I've tried moving the Xbox One out from underneath my TV stand in case maybe there was some interference or something but that hasn't solved anything either. I've also tried
playing games offline, not connected to the Internet, and the controller still disconnects constantly, so it isn't my router either. I'm thinking maybe the issue has to do with the wireless wifi card inside possibly? Has anyone else had a similar issue? I've
tried about everything I can think of. Thanks.

Try signing in and out, disconnecting/connecting Internet, hard reset.
