Xbox One Controllers "connect button" pushed in, warrenty?

My Xbox One controllers "connect button" seems to be stuck pushed in. Is this something that the warranty will cover? I really haven't used my Xbox One as much as I would like since i bought it last winter, so I don't think it's because harsh wear.

How to connect a wireless controller to an Xbox 360 console

If you want to connect a wireless controller to your console, follow the steps bellow:

• First, you need to turn on the console.
• Insert the AA batteries into the controller.
• Now you need to turn on your controller by pressing and holding the center Xbox Guide button. You should check the batteries if the controller does not turn on. If it is a rechargeable controller, you’ll have to ensure that it is charged properly.
• After turning on the controller, you need to press and release the connect button on the console.
• You also have to press and release the connect button on the controller within 20 seconds to connect the controller to the console.

Notes

When the controller is connected, the lights surrounding the power button on the console stop flashing.

You are allowed to connect four controllers to a console. Each connected controller is assigned to one of four positions and each position corresponds to a lighted section around the console’s power button and the controller’s Xbox Guide button.

I finally tried to make a support case of my controller but I got some problems. I can't forfill the case beacuse it says "No Records Found". Tried to find a email or somthing like that to you but did not found anyhing so I´m wrighting here instead.

So what do I do now?
