Xbox one controllers are a faulty product that they turn off playing PvP. Has anyone else...

I have an Xbox one and thought it was my controller knowing I have had it for a while so I bought a new one. Well, it turns out that one has the same issue. Two weeks ago I bought a brand new Xbox one for my son and that new controller that came with it
has the same issue so, all 3 controllers are faulty and I will not buy a new controller. I contacted Xbox and got two suggestions.

The first one was to try the new system I bought with the controllers and the issue with all 3 of them turning off happened. One match the controller turned off 8 times that I gave up playing the game in lighter terms. I literally have to pull the battery
as fast as I can and put it back in to reconnect if I want to play online PvP. Offline games the controllers work as they should.

The second suggestion was to try buying new batteries. IMO that has nothing to do with why the controllers are shutting off even though I ordered new ones yesterday. The batteries I have for Xbox one are under a year old. I believe the company is selling
a faulty product and it's unfair to the consumer on the amount of money that has been spent on controllers since the day Xbox one released. Xbox one has had issues with the controllers since the day Xbox one released and this is a known fact. Literally today
03-10-2020 after 2 years of not using my Xbox 360 I decided to use it with the (controllers that are 10 years old and batteries that are 6 years old.) Not one single problem with the games I play online with the 360 controllers playing Halo Reach that I play
still to this day on Xbox one.

I am not happy that I have had to spend the amount of money I have in the last 5 years even with a warranty to cover the controllers because of a faulty product to play the games I enjoy for the Xbox one. Not even a warranty covers the cost that I have had
over the years to cover the cost for 12 different Xbox one controllers because weak bumpers, the analog stick drifting off moving characters on its own, etc... that I could buy 2 brand new Xbox one systems for that price that I feel ripped off from Xbox. The
funny thing about this? I haven't had 1 single issue with the PS4 controllers at all since the day I bought it in 2014. What gives?

    :)

Xbox one controllers are a faulty product that they turn off playing PvP. Has anyone else had this issue?

I use a dual Xbox charger for my controllers, they have worked great for over a year and a half, sorry to hear that you have had problems

The first year Xbox one was out the controllers were built with weak bumpers and the analog sticks had issues as well. The bumpers were almost paper-thin that they broke easily and you could pull the bumper out and see how it was actually built that you
could see It was cheaply made. Not only that some of the first systems had an issue that the disk drive wouldn't read disks. It wasn't until a year later that they started coming out with better controllers.

My issue with the controllers shutting off and some of my friends have had the same issue started 3 months ago. I have over 400 gamers on my friends and get a lot of feedback from them and at first, it was once in a while that I didn't mind, but here it
is 3 months later and it's happening regularly with certain games. I still have all my controllers that are broken because of how cheaply they were made.

I have only bought one extra controller over the lifetime of my xbox one. Both the controller that came with the console and the other one have never shut down. Some of the buttons have weared down over the years but thats it. No other problems with
    them.

    x box controler problem help

    @Mark316uk

Something similar has happened to myself.

    .

For me it was a faulty battery pack, as when I used the faulty one the controller would randomly turn off and disconnect.

    .

If you've got another controller try swapping the battery packs. If it still persists, the controllers maybe faulty

My console is turning itself on

Another possibility is that you have a slightly faulty controller where one of the buttons is slightly pressed in

This turns on an xbox as well when it's turned off (pressing and holding a button)

The controllers that do not have battery packs, are they plugged in through play n charge ?
