hi everyone,

I had and im having issue with left analog on the Xbox one controller since I ha detto the console December 2014 so I bought and returned for this issue something like 16/17 controllers,This controllers are really expensive guys (60$) the wireless one (black)
and it's really frustrating even because Microsoft doesn't care,I had the 360 before and with the controller included in the original package I did play forever and never had any issues...my nephews still playing with it.

Also I did notice that all those controllers are made in China and we all know how the Chinese people works on stuff and how cheap is the prime material they use in most electronic stuff,so I did report this to the Microsoft Xbox guys whatever but they almost
said that the issue that I had and have it's something new to them which is a lie, because I did and I do look it up and there are many of us having this issue so I'm totally like disappointed with Microsoft that I'm thinking seriously to sell all the equipment
I have of the Xbox one and go buy a PlayStation!!!

If you mean the duke controller, you can't use the original controller. You would need to buy the newer version for the Xbox one which is this

Sorry to hear you have had so many problems with the controllers. Some to seemingly have issues with the controllers but there are many others that have not problems at all so to say it is a universal problem would not be entirely accurate.

I don't think I said it's a universal problem if you go check it out...,

I said MANY of us is having this issue look it up also (left analog sticks / drift) as many doesn't but my point was that they are to expensive for the material they use they should cost 15/20 $

Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.
