Xbox ONE controller!

I have a big problem.

I use Microsoft products for a long time. I had xbox 360 and there were no problems with it. Less than a year ago I bought xbox one. I like it.

BUT

xbox one controller! it's terrible! Less than a month after the purchase, it began to creak! but I do not pay attention.

Recently I played the game and could not get a simple mission! I had to fix the left stick. And I did it. Stick was out of control! it's terrible! another example the stick is faulty - it scroll the menu of the yourself until I will move
it!

I did not expect such problems with accessories when buying Xbox ONE!

To change the controller warranty service center told me to give the repair controller and Xbox! I heard that the Xbox controller life of 10 years!

but it seems that it is not true = (

If you mean the duke controller, you can't use the original controller. You would need to buy the newer version for the Xbox one which is this

Actually the 10 year life span was for the console. Controllers have a 90 day warranty. If you were experiencing issues with the controller 30 days after getting it you should have returned it to the store or sent it in for repair/replacement under it's
warranty.

You said that you fixed the left stick. If you repaired the controller on your own you now cannot send it in for a repair as it will not be accepted. Nor can anyone help you with that.

You will need to purchase a new controller if you are having issues with the one you currently have.

I called in Microsoft support, told about a problem. Courier came to me and took a faulty controller. A week later a courier brought me a new controller! It's really cool!!! Microsoft forever!))
