maybe this would be a good feature to add to the xbox one, I mean being able to stream xbox one to PC over home network with no internet connection, but you would lose any online gaming features so they probs wont do it.

    just a quick update,

I have found, as long as I don't hold/grip the pad to tightly and push/pull the left thumb stick to firmly, it's not to bad ...

I think that's been my problem from the start, so hopefully problem now resolved.

    happy dayz.

  4. Xbox One Controller ?

Also maybe look at the Elite controller, it has programable buttons and bottom flippers, it is a bit pricey but if the problems persist and I hope they don't it could be worth it in the long run

  6. On the streaming aspect, here is an idea. Go into your Xbox settings and choose 'Go offline'. You'll obviously have to choose a game that you can play offline to test it, but after you do that, see if the device you want to stream to can find your Xbox and
    connect to it and play.

If you can do this, there should be no issue with data usage at all. Although, TBH I still don't think you'd be using any more data through streaming than you would through normal gaming on the console. The streaming should be happening on your network,
not through the internet connection. The only reason you'd 'need' to be connected to XBL in order to stream would be if it were a game that required internet.

If you can stream with your Xbox in offline mode, then it should work the same as it does if you're on the console. You just wouldn't be able to get your achievements and whatnot until you go online again. Anyways, just a thought.

  10. Yeah, I kind of suspected that your PC not being able to see the console would be the case if you used offline mode. It just doesn't make sense that it would need to stream your game to XBL and then back to your PC, so I really don't think that's happening.
Unless someone can explain why it would be necessary... it just seems unnecessarily redundant.

tell ya what I do just to find out once and for all.

I will check how much data I have left then stream a game in one player mode for a little while then go back and check if its used any of my online data allowance.

    BRB.

ok I have 3399MB left I report back in a bit, just take everything else off line first.

  12. I would still expect it to use some (very minimal) amount of data since it is required to be 'connected' just to play over XBL. Probably for things like tracking achievement progress and such. However, I would think it would use a lot more data if it were
actually streaming the game outside of your LAN. Will be interesting to see.

yea deadfall suggested a good idea, it deffo helps even just resting hand in hot water.

its 100% better now, like I have said it was down to me gripping the controller and pushing pulling the thumb stick while in intense gaming lol Xbox One Controller ? :)

but if a game can do that to my hand then I must be enjoying it some what more than my hands lol

I just have to keep hands relaxed not tensed up in the mists of battle.

My controller keeps disconnecting mid game

Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

    Controller issues

Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    Wireless controls

    Hi there,

A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
