    I just got an Xbox One for Christmas but it seems that my controller keeps disconnecting and it takes a minute or two to reconnect. I have to stand literally 2 feet away from the xbox to have the least amount of problems. Is this normal?

    Plug it in with a usb cabble, then go to controller in the settings. I think, it's been a while since I did it. Just go to settings, it's in there. Just make sure it's actually plugged in!

    okay thanks!! also, I cant seem to sign into my xbox anymore. It just says to try again in a few minutes but when I do it says the same thing. Is that normal? i havent even gotten to play this stupid thing because there are so many problems

    I'm not sure mate. Try holding the on button for 10 seconds and do a hard reset. I'm not sure if Xbox live is working 100% right now. I'm even having troubles on these forums!

    Anytime. Reading around the forums it looks as though both Xbox live and psn are down. Could be due to the Christmas overload. Not just new consoles but also people installing new games and there respective updates. Be patient mate. It will get there Xbox One controller ;)

    Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

    Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    Hi there,

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
