Xbox one controller

Hi,

I'm deaf and my xbox one gamepad for PC don't function properly, the usb plug on gamepad is very sensible and disconnect gamepad very frequently. The pad is young (3 month and i don't use it a lot...)

My pad is warranted but i can't register it on https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/devices because you need to register a Xbox system and not the accessories to ask a replacement !

And i can't phone to service support (in France) to explain it . Could you help me to get in relation with french support to replace my gamepad ?
