    Xbox One Controller won't stop disconnecting.


    My xbox one controller continues to disconnect from the console. I am at my wit's end with this. I have been through almost five controllers, every single one has had terrible build quality. I have tried everything. I have turned off all wifi enabled devices
    nearby, refilled the batteries, used rechargeable ones, connected the controller with USB, everything. This controller costs nearly £50 and it won't do the one thing it is supposed to. How do I go about getting a refund?

    Creaks, buttons sticking, disconnections, rattling batteries... I could go on

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.

    is anyone having issues where the controllers are constantly disconnecting from the xbox one and then won't reconnect? We got this same console and the controllers disconnect every few days and to get them to reconnect we have to unplug the xbox for 20
    seconds then reconnect it. using the connect buttons on the controller/console does nothing for some reason (no issues like this on the regular xbox one we have). very disappointing.
