XBOX ONE CONTROLLER WONT PAIR

my controller wont pair unless plugged up to console and then it dose not work half way it says it needs and update so i do it and it goes to 100% and stays there forever (i have waited up to 30 minutes)
this has been an ongoing issue since my last update but my secondary controller just got damaged by my dog and i need this to work ... is there a way to plug this controller and do a reinstall or update the controller manually

So long as its paired correctly through the Xbox Game Streaming App, then yes, the Elite and Elite Series 2 controllers should both work on a mobile device via Bluetooth and wireless pairing on Android.

When I used my keyboard earlier, i finished the update, tried the controller, still didnt pair.

i then did a factory reset of my xbox, tried again, the xbox controller still wouldnt pair

still wont pair now

Maybe the controller needs an update if you have a PC you can do so there have yu tried that out?

The controller update shouldn't be taking the long to do it, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox.../how-to-update-xbox-one-controller-windows-10 this
might be one way to do it but also has a troubler shooter on that link as well. I hope this assists you on fixing this issue.

If you haven't already, you might want to try the steps outlined in our

If that doesn't do the trick, you might want to replace that controller or contact
customer support
to see if you have any service options or have any warranty left for it.
