Xbox One controller won't connect.

Hello, so recently my Xbox One Controller won't connect to my console and I have tried every fix I could try. I've tried pressing the side button and the button on my Xbox controller, nothing, I've tried pulling the power cord out and waiting ~30 secs
and nothing. I've even tried the micro USB and still, nothing. I've looked inside the setting for an update and there wasn't anything there. Whenever I do try and connect it does the fast blinking then slow blinking and then it stops and turns off. If you
know how to fix this problem, please help. Thank you.



NOTE: I have replaced batteries

Do you have a friends console that you could test the controller on or a friends controller you could test on your console. That would help to narrow down the issue. If that is not a possibility I suggest doing a hard reset like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
for results.
