    Xbox one controller wont connect to pc


    i having a problem connecting my xbox one controller to my pc i have try to use a wire and it is not working and try to use a wireless adapter as well and it is not connecting to my pc how can i fix this

    Hello,

    When you say Xbox controller, you mean an XBox one? it seems to me that the first version of the XBox One controller does require an adapter to be able to connect to your PC. The newest version of the XBox One controller does support Bluetooth communication
    and hence it can be paired to a PC.
    its an xbox one controller and i cant do bluetooth because my pc wont allow it

    Hello Tommy, on which operating system is trying to connect your control, Win 10 or 11?

    When you connect with the USB cable, can you connect it, i.e. the control light comes on, and if it lights up it blinks or stays on directly?

    Have you tried downloading the Xbox Accessories App to see if the controller is recognized by the system?

    If you use the controller with a pc then yeah it will cause a connection delay and create issues but there is a special PC controller by Microsoft you can buy that wont cause the issue
