Xbox One Controller Won't Connect and Vibrates Three Times

try this, worked for me (no one at microsoft could help, just gave me the run around).

if your already on the latest firmware for console & device.

go to settings, console & reset console, then chose keep games, itll then kinda do a hard reboot, takes about 10 mins.

you will need to log back into your account, but all your games will still be there.

hope it helps, it worked for me.

UPDATE - then a February update came out & did the same thing AGAIN. but this time, all the work arounds dont work, well done Microsoft, your update made a known problem even worse!

Is send it back under warranty, but THAT doesnt work either...... you cant do it online via the form, and when talking to live chat, they cant and quickly hang up on you!

I reverted back to the previous update but I just ended up doing what happened before the update where when the controller turns off she has to resync it.

She'll need to retry the update if possible. A failed controller update causes these kind of issues. The update is the only solution to correct this.
