Xbox one controller wireless disconnect issues

Hi all! i have a very annoying problem with my controllers, one is day one edition and the second is a charge and play. The problem is that sometimes they disconnects (every 3 minutes or so) and sometimes they just won't connect at all! When they disconnects
they do it at the very same time, while when they won't connect, both won't connect, I already did the folowing:

Power cycle (No use)

get physically closer (No use)

change my wifi signal channel (No use)

turn off wifi (No use)

try my controllers in another xbox one system (no disconnection issues in both controllers)

remove any object that could interfere with the wireless connection (No use)

try to reconnect via console and kinect. ( No use)

connect with the USB cable included in the charge and play, (actually is is the only way ot works, even when the don't want to connect wirelessly, but as soon as I disconnect the controllers they lose the wireless connection)

send to repair wih official xbox support - (I Got my xbox one back with a letter saying "there's nothing wrong with your console")

To be honest I'm getting tired of this, will I ever be ale to play without interruption?

I haven't played much my xbox one since I have this problem like 2 months after buying it (day one)

please tell me what to do, this is really bothersome

Since "cortana" update my controller disconnect issues have returned

I would recommend checking out the "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" page,

support.xbox.com/.../wireless-controller-disconnects. It lists a number of issues that could be causing the disconnection and solutions.

Tried all of the stupidly obvious steps in that video with no success...

 

I m having the same issue, I have just a regular controller not day one. An I just bought the armed forces edition controller same issue. My console is in my av closet in a rack, my couch is less than 10' away and I get constant disconnects on both. I have
read the new controllers are WiFi connected not Bluetooth. can anyone confirm this? if so what channel does it run on. I am a custom av installer and looking for a solution its hard to recommend the Xbox one over the ps4 to my clients when i know this is an
issue.

The forum page I saw for this and the article posted in the support section of the website did not fix my problem. I am having a similar issue but mine really occurs when I have my Turtle Beach headset or my Xbox One provided headset, regardless I have disconnection
issues every 3-5 mins or so.

 

This is frustrating, B3NJ3214 have you tried sending it to repair center? I sent it one more time, and I really hope this is fixed once and for all.

 

I have the same issue. Been through all the trouble shooting options. I have a day one console. The problem has been happening from day one so I don't think its anything in particular to do with the September update. It is really getting frustrating playing
online and the controller disconnects for a few seconds. Originally I thought perhaps its an issue with the kinect tracking but still happens with it off. Been reading these threads but yet I see no offical response from Phil or Larry acknowledging the problem.
Please sort it out.

 

Every day a new case and Microsoft taking two months to TRY to fix the problem! That is if she really knowing the problem!
