    I have a bit of a strange issue here: my Xbox One controller connects to my PC initially, but if it powers off after the 15 minute wait period, it won't reconnect until I restart my PC.

    I'm using the official Xbox One Controller and official wireless adapter in a USB 3.0 port, with new batteries and everything. At any point, I'm able to connect my controller to my PC, but only once for some odd reason. I've also had similar issues using bluetooth
    and other wireless controllers, which is why I decided to get an Xbox One controller.

    So far, I'm believing it might be either a driver issue (unlikely since I've reinstalled them), or an interference issue, which could possibly occur if the wireless adapter is on the 2.4GHz band due to a nearby wireless home phone, an adapter for a Logitech
    g930 headset, and a dual band wireless router. However, since the controller does connect initially and stays connected, and does not disconnect until either the PC is turned off or the controller hits the 15 minute inactivity time limit, I'm skeptical of
    such.

    To acknowledge the exact behavior, the controller, when trying to reconnect after disconnecting, turns on, and seems to connect to my PC, and then immediately turns off. I can even see the controller appearing in the Devices and Printers menu sometimes before
    it disconnects. Since I have absolutely no idea what's going on, I'm perfectly open to suggestion.

    For support uses, I'm using the following on my Windows 10 Pro version 1607:

    Processor: i7 4790K @ 4GHz

    Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A/USB 3.1

    Graphics: ASUS GTX 650 TI Boost

    Memory: 16GB of 2400MHz DDR3 RAM

    Bluetooth: IOGEAR GBU512 adapter
