The problem exist with all 4 controllers. Started after last update.

Controllers work ok on other xbox.

That’s actually good news since it’s not a hardware issue. As much as it doesn’t sound appealing, a factory reset of your console would fix that issue in the end. I know it sounds annoying, but as long as you have all your data backed up to the cloud, it
doesn’t take long to be back up and running. I’ve dealt with similar issues, and I avoided reseting until I has exhausted all other options (which took me weeks, btw), and the reset only took a couple of hours, which was how long it took me to redownload my
games.

Dang, that’s really unfortunate. I have a couple of follow on questions:

1. Have you tried connecting it to another system to see how it performs?

2. Is it a new controller? If not, how “seasoned” is it?

yeah it scroll down to the bottem really fast as if im moving the stick down but in reality i could be moving it up but it will act as if theres a second controller scrolling down even though i only have one. in all honesty it doesnt make sense for the
controller to be broke sense i just got it and the only thing thats not working right is the xbox scrolling down. ( sorry for bad spelling)
