    xbox one controller will not start automatically


    My xbox one controller is connected to the PC via the USB cable. After updating the controller firmware to 4.8.1923.0, when the PC is turned on, the xbox one controller only vibrates, but the button light in the middle will not automatically light up.
    Turn it on again, the controller will automatically start before the update ... the response is to the customer service, and the customer service can't handle it, is there any other way?

    Before updating the firmware, the PC will boot and the xbox 1 controller will turn on,

    but now after the PC is booted, I have to press the xbox 1 controller button to start the controller

    Same with me but now It doesn't work on an Xbox without micro USB connection ( Also I use the Xbox One S wireless controller If that changes anything)

    Just got a new controller and Xbox automatically updated controller firmware and right away the intermittent disconnects started.
