    I bought a Xbox One controller on November 11, 2020 (I have the receipt) and it is not functioning correctly. Is it out of the warranty period. If so, what can I do? Item was purchased at GameStop.

    Standard warranty for Xbox accessories is 90 days, or 3 months. Unfortunately, it seems like you are outside of warranty. you can however, check your controllers serial number here : Controller

    If you are out of warranty, we can only recommend replacing the controller.
