If your controller is in it's 90 day warranty, you should be able to get an in warranty exchange started by going to

Request an Xbox controller replacement, visiting
device support, or getting in contact with Xbox
customer support and having an agent help you set one up.

Hey BlubberMetal, your Xbox One controllers are covered with the Xbox One's console warranty. Contact support by phone and they should help you setup a fulfillment order for a controller.
