Xbox one controller warranty request

I have contacted xbox one service via live chat a number of times under SR [Mod Removed]

Nobody comes back to me - ever

I can't write a complaint because nobody gives me an address - ever

Will support respond to this please?

you could check if there is still warranty for that controller, please see the steps on this support page on how to set up a repair for a controller:

When setting up a replacement/repair request it will also show if the device is still within warranty or not.Duration of warranty might be different per region.

Accessories such as controllers and headsets are only warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that you would need to either pay for a repair or purchase a new item. If your controller is still in the warranty period you can set up a repair/replacement
at the following link.

Thanks for the reply. In reference to your question, controllers are not repaired. As mentioned by XBF Chris,
if the accessory is compromised and within warranty, then we recommend requesting a replacement : Request an
Xbox controller replacement.
