Xbox one controller warranty repair SR# [Mod Removed]

I sent my controller into be repaired/replaced. It arrived at the destination January 12th and it is now the 26th and all the order says is that it is in progress still. All i would like to know is that status of it and when will i get it back because it
told me before i sent it in that i would receive it back within 10 days of microsoft getting it and i obviously have not. Order number: SR#

Elite controller warranty repair/replacement - where/how/etc?

HI,

There doesn't appear to be any way to register an elite controller for warranty repair!! my console (xbox one S) is "out of warranty", which is fine, but the elite I got only a month ago, and it's broken already! But I cannot register it on its own.. If
I put it as an accessory under the out of warranty xbox, your web site tells me, there is no warranty repair available so I should go buy a new one..
[Mod Removed - Profanity]? I have an elite controller, which I bought about 6-7 weeks ago, and one of the paddle buttons no longer clicks or registers any input. I want to get a warranty replacement.

What is the process?

I will get it to you in the next couple days. I have to track it down. Threw the one i had away because I didnt think I would need it again.Hopefully tomorrow or the next I will have it too you.
