Xbox one controller warranty bought at target

I bought an xbox one controller at Target 32 days ago. The RT button popped out in the moddle of a game. Is it still covered under warranty?

The return details on the target's website say that the item must be returned in 30 days so i suggest you go to the nearest target when you can but you unfortunately might be out of luck

If it is an extended warranty (90 days - 2 years) then yes.

If it is standard then it is usually just 30 days from the date of purchase.

Given the circumstances, I would speak to Target ASAP and maybe they will make an exception.

Microsoft brand? They have a 90 day hardware warranty, so you could try that route.

Call the target and check the receipt, but warranties at those stores are typically 30 days

I bought one at the same time and have been working with customer support to add the controller and system

Target doesn't report when systems are sold, so you'll want to make sure your warranty date matches your system, and send a copy of your receipt to customer service if it doesn't
