xbox one controller update issues!

I'm having two issues since updating my controller so i can use the headset adapter.

1. My controller will need to be reconnected during gameplay but is still on. Only way i've seen to fix this is to pull the battery out and put it back in and then turn the controller back on.

2. The light on my play and charge cable doesn't light up with addition to the icon that shows the battery is charging on the home screen is only showing it's plugged in but not showing its charging.

I'm sure someone else has had both of these problems.

It figures Microsoft would sell and release something that doesn't function properly when they release it.

I've had controller issues as well since updating with the headset adapter.

Once it shut off completely mid-game (with a full battery) and had to be resynced and then another time it basically just locked up and became unresponsive and I had to power cycle it. This was with the adapter attached...I sure hope this isn't actually
the controllers themselves that have become unstable from

the update.

Hi,

I've been having the same issue since the last update (2 weeks ago). This is NOT a Windows 10 nor Xbox ONE controller's issue, because I can perfectly use 4 controllers to control both Steam games and Xbox ONE Windows 10 App. The controllers work fine with
the app, but one I start streaming, my Xbox only detects the first controller.

So, no power-cycling nor controller's firmware update is going to fix that.

I hope they acknowledge this issue and fix it in the next Xbox ONE update.
