    Hello

    I recently attempted to replace cosmetically damaged triggers on my Xbox One wired controller for PC, so I decided to replace the triggers (just the plastic bits that you touch, that house the small vibration motors).

    This isn't the first time I have disassembled the controller, and every time it has worked perfectly after reassembly. I don't know how replacing a bit of plastic has affected the triggers, as I have not moved the magnets or seemingly damaged the hall-effect
    sensors, but nevertheless they do not work. There is no response at all from any software within Windows 10.

    Everything else works. All buttons and all vibration motors work, I have tested everything with a Windows Store App. I can see the X and Y-axis' moving with the joysticks, all buttons light up in the software, but both triggers do not respond at all. The Z-Axis
    raw data stays on the same number no matter what I do with the triggers.

    I have tried uninstalling the driver from within device manager, restarted the computer several times, and yet still nothing.

    I have taken apart the controller again, down to the last bolt, re-assembled it yet again after concluding nothing is wrong, and yet it remains like before. Triggers are completely non-responsive.

    Searching the web has not helped me at all, so I am asking for help here.

    Hey there perhaps you made a slight alteration without noticing I suggest back tracking what you did to replace the triggers and ensure you didn't alter the controller mechanism or the magnets and reassemble as if the controller stopped working after your
    alteration then something has been changed

    I'm sure if you cant find the issue when backtracking someone here will have a good idea to help

    Either way, either you have damaged the function of the triggers, or the part you replaced has a defect that is impairing their function.

    Do the triggers work when you test them in Windows?

    In Windows 8.1 search for your controllers by typing in USB in the search box. Select 'Set up USB Game Controllers'. In the next window, click on the 'Properties' button. Pressing the triggers should show the Z Axis going up and down - depending on what trigger
    is pressed. If the Z Axis does not move, there is something wrong with your controller.

    Whether the triggers will work in your game, depends on whether the game you are playing supports the triggers or not. Games that support the Xbox 360 and Xbox One controller natively will support the triggers, other games may not.

    No it's from another brand , when i use wired connection windows controller driver detects triggers as z-axis and show how much i push trigger.
    but in wreless it shows as button in the event that the https://gamepad-tester.com/ can detects trigger and RT LT potentiometer.
