    Controller won't sync!!! Please help

    I'm having same issue, tried to manually sync controller no luck. New batteries, too. Also will not sync on controller from system and 2nd one.

    Hey Hellfire IRL,

    Thanks for the comprehensive details XBOX ONE CONTROLLER SYNC ISSUE (comprehensive thread) :) . This definitely sounds like it could be an issue, what kind of controller are you using (standard Xbox One controller, updated controller with 3.5mm audio jack, Elite controller, etc.)? Do you have another controller
    you could try and see if you encounter the same behavior?

    If you have a chance and haven't done so already, please also download the Xbox (Beta) App and use it to submit feedback after encountering this issue. We'd definitely like to take a closer look at this if you can reproduce it consistently.

    plug controller into xbox via a usb cable, assign to person, update if needed, unplug, hope it works although it could take 10 seconds to first respond.

    I have the same problem. It also effected my headphone adapter... Nothing seems to work.. Both my controllers disconnect and connect randomly and headphone adapter stops working after 2-3mins. I had a new update for xbox today and after that the sound on
