Xbox one controller stops working randomly

I’ve searched around at a few post but for some reason all of them are locked so as the title states that my controller does randomly stop working it doesn’t matter if I am playing a game(doesnt matter which one ) for 10 minutes or an hour it happens randomly.

the controller is still synced up to the Xbox and none of the buttons work as I’ve read other post that people have to turn off the Xbox but for me i noticed I can just pull the batteries out of my controller for a couple of seconds and put them back in
and sync the controller back up and starts working again but this is really annoying I am assuming this Has to be a software issue

Please try to troubleshoot the issue with these instructions:

Remove the batteries from the controller and for testing purposes, find a Micro USB data cable. Make sure it's a real data cable, as phone charging cables often only have the power lines connected, but no data lines.

Connect the controller via that USB cable directly to the console and check if the controller works.

If the controller works flawlessly with the cable, unplug the USB cable from the console and plug it into a USB power bank or a USB charging plug. Check if your controller still works. If the controller works without problems while being powered via USB,
then your batteries are faulty.

If the controller fails to work via direct USB connection or being powered through the USB, it might be defective and you need to get it repaired/replaced through

Try to clean the battery contact poles, clear the console cache and sync again. Have you tried with new batteries?

Both mics are xbox official headsets and controllers, one of the controllers is a day one edition but just bought another brand new official xbox controller to see if that was the problem. The Mic just randomly stopped working one evening. And yes the
mic symbol is shown in the top right hand corner with no line through it
