    Xbox one controller stopped working via bluetooth after Accessories update


    I rêcntly purchased xbox one controller and it seemed to work fine with bluetooth even though sometime it freeze the game. But after i download xbox accessories and updated the controller firmware, it only work if i use cable only. When i connect via bluetooth, it
    still connect but it wouldnt work in windows anymore. on the test tab (xbox bluetooth gamepad properties) the test look different than the normal one. it shows that there are 17 buttons instead of 11 buttons also there are no x and y rotation, only show z
    axis and z rotation, also the LT and RT button doesnt seem to appear.

    ONE S Controller after update lose sound via BT

    Xbox Accessories App start with "Update Required"

    After update 100% - Controller reconnected via BT(BlueTooth), but on sound driver. No sound via BT.

    Bluetooth - Xbox Wireless Controlled, driver version 2006year old.

    Befor all drivers 17.03.2017, sound work properly.

    The Xbox Accessories app on PC needs to be fixed

    Xbox Accessories app also do not work with Xbox One S controller connected via Bluetooth !!!

    Hey there RashCurve.

    To start out, let's have you try removing the device from your computer by searching for Manage Devices from the Start Menu. From there, you can remove the device and reinstall it once you reconnect it.

    I already tried to do that still didnt work. i tried reset and everything still happen the same

    Have you tried removing the Xbox Accessories app to see if there's any change with that?
