Xbox one controller sound issue

Discus and support Xbox one controller sound issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Im using a turtle beach xp seven headset with a normal xbox one controller and chat adpter (all are up to date)..... when i plug the micro usb cord...     Xbox one controller sound issue


    Im using a turtle beach xp seven headset with a normal xbox one controller and chat adpter (all are up to date)..... when i plug the micro usb cord into my controller i start to hear a buzzing noise in my headset....any help?

    This sounds like a controller hardware issue. Do you have an extra XBOX One controller handy to see if the problem also occurs on the spare controller?

    Sounds like it's the controller causing the issue not the xbox. Buy a new controller or before buying a new one, try a different controller and see if the problem is still happening

    Gonna agree with RandyAU93, I have several controllers I move between 2 different Xbox with no issues, sounds like an update issue or maybe a one off bad controller.
