Xbox One Controller(s) Disconnects Immediately After It Should Connect.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your controllers.

Please try power cycling your console, like this:

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Remove all external devices from the console's USB ports.

- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.

- Try plugging your console directly into one of the wall's outlets, do not use extension cords, surge protectors, or power strips.

- Turn your console on and try pairing it with your controllers again.

My problem is like yours! I got my console since launch and never had any problems in relation to control. After I did the update in September, my control began to have its own life and then immediately it disconnects and connects again! I mean, before the
control losing sync with the console, it turns the game character alone, for example, in BF4 my player gives 360 before the control loses connection! Did you notice if it was after the September update? Your control disconnects?

I can't see why not. After all, the Series X and S console support Xbox One controllers. That shows the way these new controllers connect hasn't changed. They should work on PC with the Wireless Adaptor.

Is it affected by the sequence that you connect them after the console is started?

Possibly connect the controller with a charge cable after the wheel connects. This should choose the secondary port.

Alternatively I'd suggest that if you have two controllers to do the following:

1. Turn console on and connect racing wheel

2. connect controller one

3. connect controller two

4. if controller one shows in the same port as the wheel remove its battery so it disconnects

5. log yourself in with the second controller and play with that (should be in 2nd port)

This solves the problem by physically disconnecting the transmitter from the Xbox One by simple pulling the USB cable.

Under Kinect & Devices, select Devices & accessories then you see immediately disappearing the Headphone "Icon".

So now you can connect another headphone.

This is a inconvenient way to physically disconnecting the transmitter from the Xbox One.

There should be a setting to assign the headset the user want to without physically disconnecting another headset.

This should be possible, shouldn´t it?
