Xbox one controller right bumper not responding

My Xbox one controller’s right bumper is not responding when I push it. It only responds if I press a certain spot and then even sometimes that doesn’t work. The really frustrating thing is it has no reason to break besides Microsoft being cheap (the controller
is only 6 months old and has been treated well) and there is only a 3 month (I think) warranty on accessories so Microsoft won’t fix it (I have tried requesting repairs but have been denied). Is there anything I can do besides buy a new controller or fix it
myself?

Xbox one controller Left Bumper not responding

The left bumper on my xbox one controller is only working about 30% of the time. I have tried every online support option but nothing is going through. I also tried calling, but since I am located in Poland, the call did not go through. Any help in making
a warranty claim would be appreciated.

The same thing happened to me with two controllers to the point where the left bumper actually came out of both controllers. Both controllers were only a year old. Microsoft has to know that this is an issue. Others have had
the same issue.

 

If MS will not fix it the only thing you can do is purchase a new controller. Discussion of self repair is not allowed.
