Xbox one controller right analog stick drifts down

I am having issues with my right analog stick, i play shooter games and its annoying - the character keeps looking down during a battle. Ive tried the “wizard”, but its not helpful.

Hello everyone

I just replaced the Xbox One controller that came with my Kinectless Xbox One bundle yesterday so it lasted me 8 months.

The left analog stick wasn't very responsive to Destiny's click it down to run function and the right analog stick was drifting up (making it hard for me to snipe without having to compensate for the up drift).

If the controller is under warranty then contact
Xbox Support else you will have to replace it.

Must be repaired … If less than 90 days ( sold separatly ) or less than 2 years if sold with the Xbox bundle...

If not in warranty , there is a lot of fixes on YouTube

called analog / stick drift.... it will happen... all my 360 controllers did this... considering the left stick is the most used... and chances are you play games that rely heavily on this stick... (FPS).. no wonder that one function will wear down over
time

From MY experience with Xbox controllers, the Xbox 360 seems to be built much tougher than the Xbox One controllers (not Xbox One S controller).
