Xbox One Controller Replacement shipping cost?

My big X button is getting stuck all the time. I am still under warranty. I was wondering if I need to pay for shipping my old one in for a free replacement. I have the order already just curious if I need to pay for shipping the damaged product back?

You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.

WORST Xbox Support from a LAUNCH DAY ONE CONSOLE - I can't get help!

MS should have resolved his problem much faster and it's not right that he had to pay return shipping on a defective controller. and no, u won't get a replacement day one controller.

In basically all regions that is needed, if you are on USA, then yes.

Sorry you are having issues with your controller.

Is your controller over 90 days old? If so it would probably be best to go ahead and replace it with a new one. To have it repaired would probably cost just as much once you factor in the shipping and repair costs.

Thanks for the reply. If I ship it to US for replacement. Is it possible to replace it with 220v instead?

One more thing, I understand that I will cover the shipping cost from Singapore to US but who will cover the shipping charge from US to Singapore?
