    Xbox Controller Repairs?

    Hello, I'm not sure how the you Xbox guys handle controller repairs, so can someone tell me about their policy, if they have one? Do I just send it in, and do I have to pay for it?

    A little background, I lent my Xbox to my mother so she could watch movies on it. Fast forward two or three months, and now the left analog stick doesn't click properly. It seems to take a press as more of a suggestion rather than an actual button press.
    The battery doesn't seem to charge up well, either, as in it dies maybe two or three hours after being fully charged.

    Can anyone help me out here?

    Hey mate, controllers (and all accessories) have a 90-day warranty, unless they were purchased in a bundle with the console, in which case they have the same one-year warranty as the console. To set one up, you'll want to call phone support at 800-4MY-XBOX.

    devicesupport.microsoft.com

    If the item is out of warranty you'll see a price as you complete the request

    Hi Nickdejaynes, the standard gamepad warranty is one year if you warrant you to handle the claim quickly, and this is:

    Service

    If your warranty expired, you can still send your gamepad to a certified microsoft service, the cost of the repair is always different.

    Xbox One Controller Repair

    Hi guys

    Similar to the person in the opening post/question.

    My analog joysticks are not working correctly - I assume you contact customer support and either request a replacement/repair service?

    If anyone has been through this or something similar, please let me know. Basically the analog sticks continually move the characters and do not sit centrally on the controller. Really irritating when you are playing anything!

    Any help is appreciated.
