    Xbox One Controller Repair

I purchased my Xbox One on June 20th, 2014. Recently, I've noticed that my Xbox One controller has two issues:

    1. The right and up on the D-Pad, when pressed, produce a spring noise. It can be very distracting and is very annoying.

    2. The Left Bumper of the controller clicks when pressed down, but does not click again when released. The Right bumper clicks both when pressed and released just fine.

I've tried to look up the warranty for the controller itself to get it repaired, but I for the life of me can't find it. I registered my console on the Xbox Online Service Center, clicked 'replace an accessory', clicked on my console I registered, clicked
'controller', clicked 'next' to replace the accessory, but was the given the message:

"No Records Found". Underneath it was another message that read, ''Your item is not covered under warranty".

I'm assuming that means the warranty on the controller is gone, but why wouldn't it recognize I had a controller in the first place? "No Records Found" seems a bit odd.

Anyways, with the assumption that the warranty ran out on my Xbox One controller, is there a way I can still send it in to Microsoft to get it repaired? I'm guessing a fee has to be paid if that's possible, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue. I
don't mind waiting a bit for it to be repaired if that's the case. I just want my controller to function as it should.

    Thanks!

    :)

    Hi guys

Similar to the person in the opening post/question.

My analog joysticks are not working correctly - I assume you contact customer support and either request a replacement/repair service?

If anyone has been through this or something similar, please let me know. Basically the analog sticks continually move the characters and do not sit centrally on the controller. Really irritating when you are playing anything!

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you.

Additionally, the battery case cover seems to be a bit loose. When pressed, I can push it up and down and wiggle it when it's still on the controller. This may be how the battery case cover just is, but I thought I would just mention this.
