Xbox One controller RB broken

The RB on my Xbox One controller refuses to work most of the time. Normally I would make a request for a replacement on the support site but you can't do that if you don't own an Xbox One, I use the controller on PC. Is there anyway I can get a replacement.

see if you can remove the "handle" panel on the controller underside.. sometimes some dust or something gets in the way f the button motion.. just blow it out or use caned air...

if it doesnt work.. you do need a new one anyways so worth the try

If it is outside the warranty period it would probably be more cost effective and faster just to replace it. Good Luck and Happy Gaming!

Just to clarify, does the RB button on your controller appear to have a broken component, or is the button not registering? Have you checked to see if there is any visible dirt or debris that may be affecting the RB button on your controller? Also, have
you checked to see if there are any available
updates for your controller?

I don't know how to remove the bumper, but I'm positive that disasembling the Controller will invalitdate the warranty on the controllers part...
