Xbox One controller randomly turning off while playing games.

I was playing COD AW and the controller just turned off just as I was about to kill another player. This happens frequently and it is really annoying. I have tried, power rebooting, updating the controller, and replacing the batteries, but it keeps turning
off while I am playing an intense session of COD. I called Xbox customer support, but the guy hung up on me, and when I called again no one picked up the phone. It is really frustrating. What should I do to fix the problem? Can I get it replaced? Do I have
to mail it to somewhere?

I had what sounds like your problem at launch. Does it happen very frequently? Like multiple times per game session? The solution was to get your console repaired. You can set all that up online so you won't have to worry about phone people hanging up on
you.

 

Or, try doing the firmware update for your controller. YOu will need to connect the controller to your console using a micro USB cable. You can update the controller in the settings menu under accessories

 

Updating your controller with the new firmware should fix your drop out problem.
