Xbox One controller Randomly dissects and reconnects during gameplay.

So when im playing my Xbox One my controller's home button will start flashing randomly and become totally unresponsive and a controller disconnect message appears on my TV then about 5 to 15 seconds later it reconnects its self. I have the controller fully
updated so I don't think that's the problem. Is anyone else having this problem, and does anyone know if this is a common problem with the Xbox One's controller?

playing Batman Arkham Knight, Metal gear, GTA5 etc: See list of issues

- Randomly game freezes multiple times during play. Only shutdown and restart solves the problem temporarly.

- Loses connection with XBOX live. Doesn't make a difference if i use a networkcabel or wifi. No problem with xbox 360.

- Loses connection with Elite Controller randomly. Get the message i have to reconnect my controller. Did this a 1000 times during the game, grrrrrrr

Xbox one has a lot of problems compared to the 360. Everyting was and still is woriking fine on my 360.

 

Xbox One Controller

My Xbox one controller disconnects and then reconnects about once every hour during gameplay. If I am using a headset, this also disconnects my headset. The batteries are brand new and all updates have been applied to both the console and controller. This
issue has persisted for several months. Are there any solutions or is the controller defective? I do not have another controller to test this on.

There are TONS of us with the same issue. All I would like is for MS to say "Hey, yes there is still an issue, we're working on it." Instead of tech support telling people to clear out their "alternate MAC address." Anyone who knows anything about networking
knows that statement smells like BS.

 

I have same issue, now experiencing mid session unresponsiveness with all buttons but home/logo button totally unresponsive. No disconnect message, just unresponsive. Any others?

 

I have the same issue. It seems to be getting worse. More frequently and longer sometimes never reconnecting. I tried factory reset and moving other wireless components around and no success. I don't know if it's just me but it seems that when I shake the
controller it reconnects faster. I even bought a new controller and it does the same.

 

same here. really frustrating me. happened at 2nd xboxone yesterday. i did everything MS suggest even factory reset at 1st xboxone but failed so i got refurbished one and happening again.
