Xbox One Controller randomly disconnects

Discus and support Xbox One Controller randomly disconnects in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have recently ordered two Wireless Controllers for Xbox.     Xbox One Controller randomly disconnects


    I have recently ordered two Wireless Controllers for Xbox.

    And im using them with a Wireless Receiver on Windows 10

    One of them keeps disconnecting seemingly at random but only when playing games in Fullscreen.

    Once disconnected it will reconnect in around 2-15s and then work again for an uncertain amount of time until it disconnect again.

    This makes playing any kind of game impossible.

    I followed every guide to fix this problems that I could find but the Problem still persists.

    I updated all chipset drivers, updated the firmware of the controller, reinstalled the driver for both the wireless receiver and the controller and updated Windows but to no success.

    Even contacting Windows support didnt help at all.

    The weird part is that only this one controller keeps disconnecting, the other controller works fine.

    I would be happy about any ideas or potential fixes.

    Same problem here.. Xb1 S controller randomly disconnects, original xbox one controller has no issues with xb1 S console...

    I got 2 of the xsx controllers.. they used to disconnect randomly on the xsx.. but it seems like its fixed now. on win10 some games are basically unplayable.. randomly flashes and disconnects.. the older xbox one controllers have no problems at all. does microsoft know of this problem.. it should be pretty widespread.

    your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.

    I am using the original xbox one model

    Yes the controller will randomly disconnect by itself. It also turned off when I plugged in one of my headsets.

    The controller I mentioned is the normal xbox series controller.

    Yes I updated the controller and the problem still continues.

    The controller randomly disconnects and nearly immediately disconnects again once the controller has been turned back on. I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve re paired the controller to the system, I’ve unplugged the Xbox entirely to try and fix this.
