Xbox One Controller random disconnects - is this ever going to be fixed !!!

I have had an Xbox Day One console from launch and the controllers have never worked properly from day one.

the console was sent away for service but this did not fix the problem, and it has resulted in the Xbox now becoming no more than a black brick.

the controller disconnects even when plugged in with a usb cable! using New batteries, battery packs etc make no difference.

microsoft appear to just be ignoring a massive issue plaguing many loyal Xbox owners.

i have attempted every so called 'fix' - using new batteries, charging battery packs to full, using the usb cable, sitting close to the console, turning other wifi devices off, turning the wifi router off, making sure there are no items blocking signal etc.

the Xbox 360 was perfect and no issues whatsoever, but the Xbox one is awful for this and the problem has not been fixed and seems to be routinely ignored by Microsoft.

there are literally hundreds of other forums with thousands of users plagued by this issue with no fix forthcoming...are Microsoft ever going to fix this ??!!

Ever since the forced Windows 10 "update" everything xBox has gone pear shaped.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with controller disconnects. To check, have you had a chance to test different controllers? Also, do you have any other USB devices you use that are plugged into your Xbox One? If so, make sure to unplug those
and test without them connected.
